No passengers under the age of 18 without adult supervision.

No eating or drinking in the vehicles during transport.

No alcoholic beverages allowed and complimentary water will be provided.

Stops/rest areas can be prearranged to suit personalized needs upon request.

No pets.

Certified service animals with documentation will be allowed in a limited number of vehicles.

No smoking or vaping is allowed in the vehicles.

Passengers must always wear a seatbelt in the vehicle.

Passengers must not exceed vehicle capacity.

Payment.

Payments can be made online or over the phone at the time of booking.

No drugs are allowed in the vehicles.

Missed flights/delays.

Please contact us immediately if a flight was canceled by the airline or a delay has occurred. Refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Child seat disclaimer.

No child restraint safety devices will be provided. Passengers are required to bring their own to be used during our transportation service.

Cancellations.

Notice must be given 48 hours before the scheduled trip for a full refund. If canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled trip, a 30% charge for the services booked will be applied.

Damage to vehicles.

A charge of up to $150 charge will be added to the cost of services if any damage occurs to the interior of the vehicle due to the passenger(s) negligence. (Ex. Cleaning Fee/Damage/Destruction/Altered from original state).

No weapons are allowed in the vehicles.
