Is this service available 24 hours?

Requesting any service online can be made 24 hours a day. Email & Text messages can also be utilized when requesting service. Booking online is not available at this moment.

Is same day service available?

Yes, but please be aware that scheduled transportation takes precedence over short term notice.

When is payment due?

Payment for services are due at the time of booking.

Is there a required deposit?

Deposits are required for all day driver for hire services. (Personalized quotes for rates and deposits will be discussed upon booking).

Can I request a specific vehicle?

Yes, please be aware that some vehicles require a higher rate and fees.

How can I book your service? Can I book online?

Booking by email, text, or phone is available. Online booking is unavailable at the moment.

Are prices based per person?

Prices are based on a flat rate with a complimentary thirty miles included per trip depending on the service you have booked.

How do I make a payment?

Where 2 Now Transportation accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. No cash payments will be accepted, and all payments must be made before the scheduled day of transportation. Payment Link

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel forty-eight hours in advance of the scheduled trip, you will receive a full refund. If canceled in less than forty-eight hours 30% of the service booked will be charged. Please allow three to four business days for the credit to reach your account.

Are phone inquiries welcomed?

Yes! Phone inquiries are our preferred method of communication.

When and up to what time are phone calls welcomed?

A representative will be available to take phone calls between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time), seven days a week. Email and text messages are available twenty-four hours a day. However, please allow a one hour response time for messages after business hours.

Are there standard pick up locations or times for service?

We will pick you up from your desired location and transport you to your destination. Services are available twenty-four hours but must be scheduled for safety purposes.

Are there dates when services will not be available?

Services are available for booking seven days a week. (We ask that you book twenty-four hours ahead of your trip).

I have not received a reply to my emails, what do I do?

All emails will be answered the same day. If information is needed immediately, we ask that you please call or text us.

Are tips included in your price?

No. However, if you would like to leave your driver a tip you can do so in cash.
